Payment Policy:
- All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the terms of your service agreement.
- Final payments are due upon completion of services unless specified differently in your package.
Delivery Timeline: Deliverables will be completed within the agreed-upon timeline, which typically ranges from 7–10 business days after payment and receipt of required client information.
Merchandise Store Disclaimer: The merchandise store setup includes creating a platform for branded products. The cost of inventory and shipping is not included.
Revisions Policy: Revisions are limited to one round for website and merchandise designs. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Domain Purchase:
- If your preferred domain name is unavailable, we will proceed with the second or third option provided.
- Domains must be renewed annually and may incur additional costs.
Professional Email Setup: Google Workspace fees are managed separately through your business debit card. We will guide you in setting this up.
